Twelve days with no response from these folks regarding my membership inquiry. And then when I approached them...well, they were "waiting on a response from the boss." Perhaps they could have let me know they were waiting on this response...like...oh...10+ days ago? But I sure wasn't waiting. In those twelve days, I found a better gym--one where they want me as a member. There are better gyms (and better people running them) to be found.
