I can't say enough about the great experience I had buying a car at Zumbrota Ford! This was a high anxiety purchase for me and everyone rallied around me to put my mind at ease. They really listened to my concerns about being able to afford a newer vehicle and still get something I would enjoy. Whenever I felt like I was spiraling out of control, these guys put the control right back in my hands. My concerns about the vehicle I was considering were addressed and I was able to drive off the lot with a newer, awesome ride. Look for these guys, they will treat you right!
I absolutely love Zumbrota Ford and the staff, especially Drew. We always have an amazing experience. Crazy thing the experience continues to improve with every visit...just when you think the experience can't be topped, they do! My wife and I are so grateful for Zumbrota Ford. Not impressed from the Sale Staff to the Sales Manager At Zumbrota Ford . A lot of promises but no delivery. Do not recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership and this is a first for me to write a negative review. We went to Rochester Ford and the whole Purchasing experience was better.
I had the BEST experience here! Even though it was busy you still felt important. I was comfortable with everyone and it truly felt like it was all about me and my purchase! Eric "the car man" and every other person made sure we were welcomed and comfortable. We were thoroughly walked through each and every step making it seem so simple! I would highly recommend Eric and the rest of the team at Zumbrota Ford. I'll for sure be going back!
